Youth – Middle and High School

Our mission is for students to know and trust in the one true God and to be equipped to love God and one another.

We believe God has called us to fulfill this mission by nurturing Christ-centered relationships to focus on discipleship while engaging in prayer, God’s word through teaching, and worship through music, and games/activities together. We believe this is how our students are equipped to love and disciple others.

On Sunday night, Middle School and High School students meet for D-Groups (small groups) from         5:30 – 7:00 pm.

On Wednesday night, Middle and High School students meet for Youth group (large group) from                 7 – 8:30 pm.

Every August, our students participate in a weekend called Refresh.  This weekend is held in host homes and at the church.  They meet for worship and teaching.  They also serve in different community service projects.   It is a great way to start the new year.

In January, over the school holiday, our students usually go on a winter retreat to the Laguna Beach Christian Resort in Panama City, Beach.

During the summer, our students have the opportunity to serve through our STEMS (Short Term Mission Trips).  Our middle school students go to West Virginia where they host a Vacation Bible School for the local children and help paint and repair homes in the area.  Our high school students go to Peru where they serve at Pat’s Place, a home for abused women and their children who seek refuge.  They also build homes for local families and they also host a soccer clinic for the children.
