4.  Book Study – A Good Old Age: An A to Z of Loving and Following the Lord Jesus in Later Years by Derek Prime

Facilitators: Mike & Pat Little

Date & Time: Tuesdays, February 4 & 18, 10 am-12 noon @ The Vine

Purpose: The book will facilitate a forum for older church members to discuss the challenges, opportunities, and joys that old age can bring. We will identify those attitudes that are nonproductive and those God-honoring principles that best guide our lives and enable older members to identify areas of ministry in which they can still serve the Church.

5.  Men’s Book Study – An Uncommon Guide to Retirement by Jeff Haanen

Facilitators:  Jon Adams & Dale Armstrong

Date & Time:  3 meetings . . .Wednesdays, February 5, 12, & 19, 7-8:30 pm at the Adams’ home, 2610 Creek Tree Lane, Cumming, GA 30041.

Purpose:  To read, discuss, and begin working on individual retirement plans for the book study participants.
